Tunde Ogunseitan is a distinguished dispute resolution Practitioner, holding dual qualifications and possessing extensive multidisciplinary experience across multiple jurisdictions. His expertise spans private international law, foreign investment, and commercial contract disputes, covering the entire economic spectrum from straightforward sale of goods disputes to complex cases involving state contracts for significant infrastructure projects. Mr. Ogunseitan is highly sought after for his international consultancy services, collaborating with a variety of arbitral institutions, businesses, and law firms. His unique insights are informed by his extensive experience in both private practice and international organizations. \n

Mr. Ogunseitan holds significant positions in the arbitration and dispute resolution field. He is a court member of several prestigious arbitral institutions, including the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), and the Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA). Additionally, he serves as a trustee of ODRAfrica. \nPreviously, Mr. Ogunseitan served as Counsel of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where he led the Common Law jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Caribbean, Anglophone Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent. His career also includes significant experience with international law firms such as Steptoe and Johnson and Cadwalader, as well as in-house roles at Zurich Financial. His specializations in these positions encompassed dispute resolution, asset tracing, maritime law, insurance, structured finance, and debt capital markets. Furthermore, he was a founding member of the International Bar Association (IBA) 40 under 40 group, demonstrating early recognition of his leadership in the field.\n
